A flatfish with a distinctly mottled appearance with an upper body that lacks scales. Very round fish with almost frilled outer edges. | Worms for small fish and mackerel strips for larger fish - turbot can reach sizes of over 30lbs so this is not a fish to be trifled with. Magnificent eating fish but are now quite rare and it is in everyones interest to catch and release. |
